Terms and Policy of Sales · We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards · A returned check, charge, or debit card will be charged $25.00 · All new merchandise is guaranteed to be in working condition by TrainMaster Models. New items found not to be in working condition may be exchanged within 30 days with sales receipt · Manufacturer warranties apply to all new merchandise and are primary. TrainMaster Models will assist in warranty issues but the manufacturer will make the final determination of any return for warranty issues · Merchandise returned for any other reason may be exchanged for store credit within 10 days with sales receipt. No refunds. Merchandise must be in new condition as originally sold, not used, abused, or missing items with paper work and in original undamaged carton. If it has been ran it is used · All used items and clearance items are sold as-is with no returns or exchanges |

TrainMaster Models is a retail model train store celebrating its 12th Anniversary in August 2009 and is privately owned and operated by Mike and Kathy Devaney. TrainMaster opened as just a small booth in Memories of a Lifetime Antique Mall located in Sugar Hill, GA in 1997. Outgrowing that location TrainMaster moved to Duluth, GA in 2004. After five years and outgrowing the Duluth location TrainMaster moved to the East side of Historic Downtown Buford right on the Norfolk Southern mainline. Here TrainMaster has over 5,000 sq feet of showroom stocked and ready with the newest and the best for the serious model railroader. But if you’re brand new to model railroading don’t worry TrainMaster has everything you will need to build the layout you’ve been dreaming about. TrainMaster’s friendly and knowledgeable staff are always here to assist you! TrainMaster carries and stocks large quantities of HO-Scale and N-Scale engines, cars, scenery, track, and every thing else in a model railroaders dreams. In smaller quantities TrainMaster stocks G-Scale, O-Scale, and Z-Scale. And for the little train fans TrainMaster carries a full line of Thomas and Friends ©. |
